PAYMENT TERMS

CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
Our custom design process involves collaboration with clients to bring their vision to life. Any revisions must be communicated within the specified time frame. Significant changes after approval may result in additional charges.

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Projects come with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made by third parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labor costs incurred.
